What we collect
When you reserve a card we ask for a name and a phone number or email. That's
it. We use it to hold the card and to tell you it's ready.
We do not ask for and cannot see a card number on this site, because this site does not
take payment.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share it with advertisers.
- We don't email you marketing because you reserved a card.
If you gave us your number to hold a Charizard, you will hear from us about that
Charizard. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
Order records stay in our system so we can look up a past sale — useful when you come
back about a card you bought from us months ago. Ask us to delete your record and we
will.
Cookies
This site uses a session cookie to keep your cart and your reservation together while
you browse. There is no advertising tracker, no analytics pixel and no third-party
script following you off this site.
Card images
Photographs of cards on this site are ours, taken in the store. Set and product artwork
belongs to its publisher.
