Shipping Policy
At Best Deal Trading Cards, we aim to get your Pokémon and other TCG singles, sealed products, and accessories to you quickly and securely. We ship within the U.S. only (no international at this time) via standard shipping services. All orders are processed from our Las Vegas, NV location (6811 S. Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119). Order Processing and Timelines
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Guaranteed Same Day Handling: For orders placed before 3 PM PDT, items will be pulled, packed, and handed off to the carrier the same business day. Orders after 3 PM PDT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day (additional fee).
Business days align with our store hours: 10 AM–7 PM daily (10 AM–6 PM Sundays).
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from the date of shipment for standard shipping.

We calculate rates based on order value. Rates are shown at checkout.
Standard Shipping:
Orders under $325: Flat rate of $9.99 (includes tracking; 3–5 business days delivery).

Orders over $325: Free shipping (includes tracking; 3–5 business days delivery).
Additional Options:
Expedited Services: Faster delivery options available (pricing displayed at checkout).
Signature Confirmation: Make sure your order is properly received and safe from outside threats (pricing displayed at checkout).
Guaranteed Same Day Handling: Available for orders before 3 PM PDT (fee displayed at checkout; does not affect shipping time, only processing).

Packaging and Protection
All items are securely packaged.
We inspect all items before shipping, but no refunds or exchanges for box, packaging, or wrapping damage (cosmetic issues do not affect product integrity).
For online singles: If a card arrives below our grading standards (e.g., Near Mint as listed), contact us within 7 days for partial refund/exchange consideration (per our return policy).
Buyer assumes risk once shipped; we recommend insurance for valuables.
Additional Notes
Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect info.
Lost/Damaged Packages: File claims with the carrier first; we'll assist if needed. No refunds for delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues).
In-Store Pickup: Free for online orders; available during store hours. Max hold time: 7 days.
Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain addresses or for high-risk orders. We may request additional information for further verification of your ID and shipping address.
