Return and Exchange Policy
At Best Deal Trading Cards, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service to our community in Las Vegas and beyond. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our return and exchange policy below. This policy applies to all purchases made in-store at 6811 S. Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119, or online via www.BestDealTradingCards.com.
General Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns except in the limited circumstances outlined below. This includes no refunds or exchanges for any damage to boxes, packaging, or wrapping, as these are considered cosmetic and do not affect the integrity of the product itself.
Online Purchases and Shipped Items
For single trading cards (referred to as "singles") purchased online and shipped:
- If the card arrives in a condition that does not meet our agreed-upon grading standards (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc., as specified in the product listing), you may be eligible for a partial refund or exchange.
- To initiate a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
- All other online purchases, including sealed products, accessories, and supplies, are final sale with no refunds or exchanges.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges, even if un-opened. This includes:
- Trading cards (singles, sealed packs, boxes, etc.)
- Trading card accessories and supplies, such as top loaders, penny sleeves, playmats, binders, and similar items.
Exceptions and Additional Notes
- We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request if the product shows signs of misuse, alteration, or if it does not comply with the policy terms.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
