Bulk Buying Policy for Pokémon TCG Cards
At Best Deal Trading Cards, we make selling your Pokémon TCG cards simple and profitable. We offer competitive cash rates for Near Mint (NM) English-language cards and large collections, with a fast, transparent process.
What do we buy?
Pokémon TCG Cards: Bulk commons/uncommons/rares, holos, reverse holos, ultra rares (V, EX, GX, VSTAR, VMAX), full arts, secrets, rainbows, illustration rares, trainers, and graded cards (PSA/BGS/CGC 8+). No sealed products (e.g., booster packs, boxes).
Large Unprocessed Pokémon Collections: We buy large, raw, unsorted Pokémon collections (10,000+ cards). Email Mason@BestDealOffice.com with photos/description for a custom quote. Notes: We only accept NM, English cards from smoke-free environments. No non-English cards, counterfeits, or sealed products. We reserve the right to refuse submissions based on condition or authenticity.

Cards we do not buy?
- Non-NM (e.g., play wear, creases, writing), counterfeit, or smoky cards. We only buy near mint (NM) quality cards!
- Non-English, World Championship, code cards, basic energies.
- Duplicates exceeding 25 of the same card (unless pre-approved).
- Code Cards
- Sealed products or unlisted accessories.
- Counterfeits are marked/returned at your expense, and offenders are banned for life from all business with Best Deal Trading Cards.
How much do we pay?
For high-value cards, use our online catalog to submit individually. For larger bulk lots of lower-value cards, click the “+Custom Items” button to select bulk Pokémon options and pricing.
- Unsorted Bulk (mixed commons/uncommons/rares): $8 per 1,000
- Commons/Uncommons (non-holo): $10 per 1,000
- Reverse Holo Commons/Uncommons: $20 per 1,000
- Non-Holo Rares: $15 per 1,000
- Holo/Reverse Holo Rares: $30 per 1,000
- Gallery/Illustration Rares: $50 per 1,000
- BREAK/GX/Pre-2016 EX: $0.50 each
- V/EX/GX (modern): $0.40 each
- VSTAR/VMAX/Mega: $0.60 each
- Hyper/Rainbow/Secret Rares: $1.00 each
- Full Art Trainers/Pokémon: $0.75 each
- Graded Pokémon Cards (PSA/BGS/CGC 8+): Individual offers based on market value, email Mason@BestDealOffice.com for a custom quote.

Do I need to sort my cards?
In short....yes if you want to maximiZe your value. If you just want to get rid of them and make a couple of bucks with as little work as possible, that fine too! Read below for more information.
If you are submitting individual cards from the buylist, your cards need to be sorted in the exact order of the buylist that was emailed to you.
If you are submitting bulk, cards need to be sorted by rarity/card type - depending on the type of cards you are submitting.
If you do not sort your cards in order of the buylist a fee will be accessed against your payout amount. If you do not sort your bulk order submissions, they will be processed as a mixed bulk lot at our base rate of $8/1000 cards.
What is the process?
Approval & Ship: Once approved (usually instantly), you’ll receive an email with your confirmed buylist. Organize cards in the exact order of the buylist or by card type/rarity/set for bulk orders. Then ship your order to us at Best Deal, 6811 S. Eastern Ave. STE103 Las Vegas, NV 89119
Verification: We inspect within 1–4 business days. If count, condition, or cards differ, an adjustment may be made; you have 7 days to accept or decline, then 7 days to arrange return shipping by emailing a prepaid label to Mason@BestDealOffice.com.
Payout: Via PayPal (3% fee), Zelle (preferred, faster), or CashApp. Minimum $50 worth of cards. No checks or cash.
Timeline: Full process takes 4–7 business days from receiving your order, assuming pre-sorted cards, no issues, and no adjustments needed.
Can I bring my cards into the store?
If you are in the Las Vegas area, you can save the shipping hassle, risk, and expense by dropping your cards off directly to us! During the final step of the submission process on our online buylist
You will select "Drop In" instead of delivery. Please be sure to print a copy of your buylist and have your cards in order when you come in. We will not accpet orders without a printied buylist that are not in order of the buy list. All of the same rules and processes for classifiying and sorting bulk apply in store as for shipping. Please refer to the section named "Do I need to sort my cards?"
Please note the in-store processing time is still 1-4 days. Please do not ask us to process them on the spot as we are working through everything as fast as we can, and assure you we will get your cards processed as fast as we can!

How should I pack and ready my cards for shipping?
- Orient cards facing the same direction, bundled by type if sorted. Do not use rubber bands, tape, or anything that could damage cards.
- No binders, pages, or loose fillers—use bubble wrap or foam for protection.
-Make sure your cards are all in order of the buylist that was emailed to you. If you are doing a bulk submission be sure you cards are all sorted by card type/rarity.
- Double-box heavy lots (>5,000 cards) with tracking/insurance.
- Include a printed submission form (from our site) with your contact info, estimated count, and payout method. Make sure your cards are in order of the buylist or there will be fees and delays to your order.
- Ship to: Best Deal Trading Cards, 6811 S. Eastern Ave STE 103, Las Vegas, NV 89119. For lots >50,000 cards, email Mason@BestDealOffice.com for pre-approval.
- Timeline: Ship within 5 days of quote.
- Customer is responsible for shipping and return shipping (if needed). Insurance is highly recommended; we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
